Chelsey never just gave us the answers we were looking for, she challenged and pushed us to find the answers. She is a great trainer, and an even better person. Chelsey is amazing! She is very knowledgeable of all the material discussed in class, and she always kept the class engaged. Chelsey always motivated the team with words of encouragement and always kept (and reminded us to keep) a positive mindset. I feel very prepared for SAFE thanks to Chelsey!

Chelsey is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the SAFE material. She is a wealth of information and was easily someone to come to with any question about SAFE or even Rocket Mortgage in general. I don't think I've ever felt so prepared to take a standardized test.

Ian always kept the class engaged and entertained even during the seemingly most mundane topics with his humor and excellent teaching skills. I came into SAFE training 4 weeks ago not knowing a whole lot about the mortgage industry. Chelsey was able to teach information in a way that is both engaging and productive. I looked forward to coming to work every day and dive into new topics. On the first day we were told that she is the best SAFE trainer in the country and I kind of took it with a grain of salt. After 4 weeks, I can honestly ...I came into SAFE training 4 weeks ago not knowing a whole lot about the mortgage industry.
