Julie has all of the skills necessary to handle any learning style. She tailors her approach to match each individual student with results that speak for themselves. She helped me learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable and I have followed her advice to beyond passing SAFE. She is an amazing asset to the FOC and a Cleveland Rock Staple.

Michelle Harrison is the WORST bar none. This stone cold monster whose Management style & People skills could not be worse, is either in this business too long or she needs an intensive immersion course in human interactions and communication. She behaved like a Bully, and could not have made the short time training for Rocket Mortgage any more miserable.

Stephen was probably the most easily understandable whenever he was relaying the information on whatever topic he was discussing he had a way of simplifying things and breaking them down to easily build upon helped me through quite a bit of things that gave me trouble from start to finish.

Always enjoyed the inspirational videos she used to get us into the right work ethic for the day, and the positivity she brought out of people was tangible.
