I'm so glad we had Ayana as part of our SAFE Training. To be honest, I wasn't to sure about Ayanah at first, she was very direct... but I quickly realized how important that was. She really knows her stuff and broke down concepts to us so well that I'll retain this info forever. She was very supportive and be real with you. Just trust in her process and you will succeed.
