Jam Jam is the Man Man. Cool dude. Knows his stuff.
Rosie Otis
Jam was a great trainer. Him and Ayana worked very well together when they were preparing us for the SAFE. Jam was funny, outgoing, and overall fun to be around. I loved coming to training every single morning even after a hour and half drive to work, I've never enjoyed coming to a job as much as I enjoy coming to Rocket Mortgage.

Great trainer. He knows his stuff inside and out. He and Matty have been a huge help to us for this month. Made the learning enjoyable.
Matt Swift
Well spoken instructor who finds a way to make sure everyone understands everything. Jamiil made learning the material fun and easy for someone like me who had no previous knowledge in the mortgage industry.

Matty is hands down the BEST trainer/teacher I have ever had before. His energetic personality makes coming to work everyday a new experience. The way he talks and explains the curriculum is so clear and makes the process so much fun over the course of four weeks. I truly could not have asked for a better trainer and was very fortunate to have his willingness to help at all times.
