Elliot would show up everyday and be filled with energy at all times. He made sure that everyone knew what was going on and would make sure of that. I actually don't think I'll ever forget the way he says certain things, and that's a good thing because it stuck in my head and would know what was going on.

Ian which you will soon find out that everyone calls him Dad and for a good reason he has that Dad quality about him. Encouraging you to do your best and if he says I'm disappointed in you - You will feel as if your own dad was talking to you. Great trainer!!
