Anson's humor creates an enjoyable training environment, his humor is what kept the class going after a heavy lunch, warm class room environment, and falling asleep. Anson demonstrated his ability to train a big classroom during the first week, while maneuvering through a classroom full of people who mostly knew nothing about what he was talking about. Never once does he make a person feel like they have an unimportant question. Anson's ability to connect with the new bankers in training because he was in our seats not too long ago is amazing, it makes us feel that we too can master safe training enough to teach a class in a short period of time. Anson is the best, and his creativity is endless.

Along with his phenomenal training ability, Anson takes the time to help people out with their personal lives. He is friend and a trainer, and it is something that you cannot find often in training enviorments.Read MoreRead Less
