Jill is the best trainer ever? Very thorough and she knows her stuff. Kept my attention at all times. Would not change a thing about her. At times, when I was not quite picking up as fast as my other team members or when I failed my Mid-Term, Jill took the time to meet with me one on one to go over all of my errors to make sure I knew everything and I was caught up with my team members. Jill brought energy every single day we had training. She made sure everyone was on the same page and we moved through training leaving no team member behind. Jill made herself available for one on one training as well as after hours training. I appreciate Jill's effort in making sure no member was "left behind". Haley is truly one of the best instructors I have had. Being out of a classroom setting for a while, I felt in the beginning it was a bit over the top, however NOW I understand why. Haley has truly helped me with the meaning of "budgeting your time" and "every second counts"!! Haley's teaches in a way were understanding is fun and she helps to understand not just memorize!!!
