Danielle was very good with her 20 hour training. I felt I was able to learn everyday and she was very understanding and made sure I was able to learn effectively as I had come in late one morning from a car accident and continued to check up on me periodically. Just having that support was enough for me to focus back on SAFE 20 hour to make it a very enjoyable experience.
