An excellent leader/trainer, he made sure every one was comfortable and welcomed. Also, he made sure we did not leave the classroom until we understood everything that we were suppose to know. He was great when delivering the information to us, making sure it was in the simplest, most understanding way. He did such a good job keeping every one engaged in class and in the material.
