Extremely helpful, obsessed with finding a better way to make sure everyone is on the same page and involved. If you have a question this is your guy, he will make sure that you understand what you were struggling with. tons of energy and great attitude, be prepared to master the subject. Josh is just a great person. He shares personal stories that relate to what he's talking about and this helps you grasp the concepts better. He's also pretty hilarious and uses his experience as a banker to set you up for success.
