Elliot is an awesome instructor. He has a way of explaining the information that makes it relatable to everyone. His little saying and repeat backs for the class help to memorize the material and make SAFE fun! He is engaging, knowledgeable, and patient when teaching and quizzing with the class. I would recommend Elliot as a teacher for every SAFE class offered at Rocket Mortgage.

Elliot in his entirety is just a wonderful human being. Elliot at all times made sure we were on the right mindset and track to properly preparing ourselves to pass this SAFE exam! Elliot made sure that everyone would try, at least TRY. He would do everything in his power to keep everyone in the class engaged and positively reinforce to us that effort means all. Tony was always in a great mood and ready to answer any questions. He always had a funny comment or dad joke to make to lighten the mood. He always did a great job putting the information into a way that was easier to understand and did a great job training!

I lucked out by getting to sit near Tony for most of training. He was always on hand to answer my side questions and clarify difficult concepts. His grasp of the mortgage world and his energy was incredibly valuable during my time in SAFE, but even more importantly, he was a fantastic supporter and cheerleader to all in the class throughout the stressful and rigorous training. He is a true professional of his craft and a genius in his own right. The memory tricks and verbal queues used to help us retain the information are skills that will carry onto all parts of life. Elliot is more than a trainer/teacher, but he is also a mentor. The level of passion and care he provides is more than just SAFE related, but he is always willing to offer motivation and advice on personal matters as well, if asked. As a believer in always staying a student, and a general fan of learning, Elliot is everything you could ask for and more. I wish I had professors such as Elliot in College.
I would like to give a special thanks and praise to all of the trainers, and everyone involved with the structuring, writing, and providing of materials for these past 4 weeks. Elliot has been one of the most amazing people I have ever had the chance to work with, and learn from. He is always willing to answer questions, and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure that you understand.
