I am happy to see Brikena as a Banker Coach. I remember when she was my Team Captain when I was developing in Blueprint. Although I am not longer with the company, I have used some of her tips as an Educational expert and trainer.

Michelle is an excellent instructor with decades of experience in the industry. She quizzed me often in class but that led to me getting a score of 83% on my SAFE exam. She is the best SAFE instructor out there hands down.

Kristen was an awesome Banker Trainer!! She was always ready to answer any question we threw at her, and really took the time to make sure we understand things in the simplest terms. She's very knowledgeable about banking and eager to help us get there! Loved having Kristen!

Jill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as a Banker Trainer. She had an answer for almost anything, and if she didn't she would figure it out and report back! Training can be stressful, but Jill did everything she could to mitigate the stress and provide the best training experience possible for us. Thanks Jill!

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wayne State University, taken plenty of other courses in different institutions, and dropped out of my master's program at Ball State University to join Rocket Mortgage. All my courses were health related and had no knowledge or experience in mortgages. NONE. I'll be honest, I had no idea what a mortgage really was, let alone knew anything about the process of even buying a home. I was not confident jumping into something that I was not familiar with. However, thanks to Josh, I am amazed at what I know today. I have a solid understanding of the mortgage process. Josh's positive energy integrated with his style of teaching is beyond anything I have ever experienced in an educational standpoint. I am forever thankful and grateful not only in joining Rocket Mortgage, but most importantly having Josh as our class trainer. I am ready to begin my new journey in this amazing career all thanks to Josh. Nothing comes easy. Josh was super laid back and very easy to learn from. He made sure everyone understood what he was explaining before he moved on, and never minded going back over something so we could better understand. Josh incorporated stories and skills he learned from his banking career into his presentation which really helped paint a picture of what he was explaining.

Where do I start....
Let me first begin with a brief educational history of mine. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wayne State University, taken plenty of other courses in different institutions, and dropped out of my master's program at Ball State University to join Rocket Mortgage. All my courses were health related and had no knowledge or experience in mortgages. NONE. I'll be honest, I had no idea what a mortgage really was, let alone knew anything about the process of even buying a home. I was not confident jumping into something that I was not familiar with. However, thanks to Ryan, I am amazed at what I know today. This man changed my entire confidence and understanding of mortgages, Which brings me back to why I mentioned my education history. Ryan was the BEST instructor/team leader/teacher/role model I have ever learned from! His positive energy integrated with his style of teaching is beyond anything I have ever experienced in an educational standpoint. I am forever thankful and grateful not only in joining Rocket Mortgage, but most importantly being part of Ryan's team. He is the reason for my life beginning a new journey in this amazing career.
