Shawn was great. He made it interesting/fun all while managing to stay on topic and cover all of the information. I also liked that he provided us with little ways to help us memorize certain information. (Ex. Acronyms or sayings) He always kept it real with us but helped boost our confidence to keep us going. I have been in the mortgage industry for 13 years and was a trainer myself for a good portion of these years and Malik and Shawn were by far the best trainers I ever had. Malik has a slower approach and takes his time to make sure everyone understands the material and is happy to stop and take a deeper dive into the material. Shawn is more fast paced but gets everyone involved in a way that makes it easier to retain the information being presented. Both have different approaches but equally effective.
