Mr Marcotte was so professional, so informative with the process and keeping my husband and I on track, letting us know which documents we needed to get to the loan processor and underwriter and just a delight to work with! We were able to close our loan in I believe it was 9 or 12 days from start to finish, which was amazing!!! We liked Mr. Marcotte’s method if operation so much we decitProperty Loan with him as well and received the same Quality of Service as our Primary Residence. We have and will continue to refer your company and Mr. Marcotte to our friends, associates and family! Thank you!Read MoreRead Less

Kassa is a tremendous asset as a banker coach. He quickly gains an accurate understanding of what each individual needs to work on, guides them effectively and with clarity, and holds them accountable. He accomplishes all of this while still valuing and respecting each banker as an individual, displaying genuine care for not just their development as a banker, but also their growth as a person. I am incredibly appreciative of the time Matthew spent with me and his hard work definitely had an impact on my performance and approach toward banking.Read MoreRead Less

Amazing coach and leader. Takes the time to get to know you to actually be able to work on where the improvement's need to happen. Also not afraid to let you know where those improvements need to be made. Overall, I felt privileged to be apart of him team.

Matthew is the BEST coach out there. He is possessed at helping every banker in his cycle become the best banker that they can be. I'm glad I got to work with such a passionate leader and cant thank him enough for everything that he has done for me so far in my career.

Kassa is one of the most genuine individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! Not only does he go out of his way for everyone, he has your true best interest at heart and finds the most joy in watching you grow in a personal and professional way. He gives constructive criticism in the most personable way and lets you know that it is okay to make mistakes but he will most definitely let you know that giving up is not an option. I cannot thank Kassa enough for all that he does and how much I appreciate him. Read MoreRead Less
