Stephen is great, sometimes I would ask him a personal question to try to break the ice and get to know him better but I didn't get very far. He is amazing though.
Stephen is the homie, and is probably one of the best teachers I've had in education and in the professional world. He understands all of his material and can clearly explain the complexities of the Mortgage world, while still maintaining a fun and interactive environment. I was lucky and blessed enough to have him as my lead trainer.

"Looks can be deceiving"..I don't know who said it and it's not that important. What is important though, is even though his "death stare" is on hall of fame, he's personality is the opposite. I would say that he has mastered the "gumping" of information, and effective test taking. Every day he tells us to be high level. By pushing us to better than expected, we did not allow ourselves or fellow team members to be anything less. Read MoreRead Less

Very fun and energetic trainer. Goes above and beyond for everyone that he is training. Made me laugh everyday while learning the material which made me remember it better. I feel very lucky to have had Matty as a trainer.

Matty kept the class engaged and entertained the whole duration of the course. There wasn't one day that I left without at least 10 good laughs. He puts so much passion and energy into his work and it shows in the enthusiasm and strong determination of the team members. Overall this was a very fun, unforgettable learning experience. Thank you Matty!
