Rocket Mortgage - Training's Reviews

Kelly is extremely clear and concise when she is actively training our class. She has her portion of the material mastered and she connects well with the class as a whole.

Matty P is the best trainer I've ever had at a job. He is a very motivating, positive, and inspirational person to be around! I have to admit, starting at Rocket Mortgage I was a bit nervous. After meeting Matty P and having just 1 day with him as my trainer, I knew I will be successful. He kept class fun and kept everyone involved. I am thankful I was placed in his class!

Thank you Mattie for all the help in class. The teaching was great, I only have two critics . I would do something to pump people confidence up after taking test ( team building) . Slow down a little bit, when you are going over things, at time I felt lost because the information was coming to fast.

I really appreciated the level of care Kelly took when educating her bankers. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. You can tell she cares about her bankers and how well they are trained. Any constructive criticism I can give is she can come out of her shell a bit and deliver lessons with a bit more energy.

Can all I say is wow!!!! I have never had a trainer like him before. He brought so much fun into the classroom and made me laugh everyday. Also the examples he used was so helpful. This is not for him but for the over all classroom training, I am a slow learner, and I feel that it would be more helpful when you had to come in on sat that there would be groups with trainers that can help people out with what they are having problems with. With only one maybe two trainers in on sat it was very hard to get some one on one time to get the stuff you need down. A lot of people were worried to ask other classmates because we did not know if they knew what they were talking about. besides that this was a great experience with Rocket Mortgage. Very energetic, friendly, and understandable. I felt like he really had a strong grasp of the information. No ways to improve instead except being more clear about when he is joking and when he is serious.

Kelly was essential in making my way through training. From day one all the way through the end she was readily available for clarification whenever needed. She layed down the foundation of the MLO process for us and didn't skip a thing (or person) in making sure we knew exactly what was happening. Thank you again Kelly for all of the help!

Matty P is an amazing, fun, and most straight forward guy you will ever meet. He is always engaged with the bankers in training and informs you of what you need to know in a way you will remember it.
