Kristen did a great job on making sure that nobody was left behind in the class. She would take the time to explain things to people who didn't understand either a concept or how to use a technology. She always went the extra mile.

Kristen made this unbelievably understanding while in class and out of class. if I ever ran into her outside of class around the building she would make sure to ask if I had any questions for her. she would help me with lola daily and give me scenarios because she saw my interest in this. all around fantastic trainer!

Ryan made this very easy to understand and relate to with his many scenarios for us and relating it to us personally. not breaking character when going through a scenario made it even more real. many, many times I had stayed after class going through reps with him and picking at his brain even after class. Steve was one of the most informative people I have come across. I cannot thank him enough for the preparation to the next level at Rocket Mortgage. He is to the point and yet brings a side of laughter as well that is needed for a program as in-depth as this.
