Rocket Mortgage - Training's Reviews

I only spent a short month in Chelsey's SAFE training class and I gained so much knowledge throughout that time. Not only is she so smart and a great teacher, but she made the experience fun, exciting and enjoyable. Our class was so lucky to learn form Chelsey and I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to have her as my teacher!

I whole heartedly believe that she could get a 6th grader to pass safe. She understands how to work with different personalities and learning types. She is always on time and checks in with you several times per week. You will be pushed to your limits but you will learn and pass SAFE if you try. A class act trainer with all the mortgage knowledge in the world.

Chelsey's consistent people-first delivery created an optimal learning experience. Add to that her unmatched organization and patience which lead to our team's success.
As my first extended experience with Rocket Mortgage, Chelsey's thoughtful, creative presentation verified that we WILL be a top provider of home financing solutions for MANY years to come.

Chelsey, thank you again for taking the time to help us all! You were always available and able to answer any and all of our questions. I appreciate the different study techniques you shared with us as well. BEST INSTRUCTOR EVER!!!

Wendell made sure that he was always readily available to the class and took time to break down items to make them easier for the class to understand when needed. I will definitely take away everything that he taught me in the classroom!

Steele is one of the most genuine and caring guys that I have met before. He always has a kind word, and tender touch to him. Throughout my time in training with him, I found him very approachable and helpful with all content.

He could clearly explain in a plain and entertaining manner technical law that would be extremely boring 99 times out of 100. However, he and Elliot proved to be exception ...Steele is one of the most genuine and caring guys that I have met before. He always has a kind word, and tender touch to him. Elliot is a great guy, and a natural teacher. He has the ability to encourage one to think for themselves, without undo pressure nor acting as a crutch.

He is very knowledgeable of the material and knows, knows, KNOWS, how to stress the important bits so students can have a clear and concise understanding when building their own mental map.
