She was consistent in her training, although she seems to lose her patience from time to time, which is understandable because she deserves the upmost respect from any group. I wish I could give more then the 5 stars. Before I started safe training, other then what I knew from when I bought a house I knew nothing more. Matty was essential piece for me to learn what I did. I full heartedly know that if not for his teaching methods I wouldn't be as confident as I am. It was my luck to have been placed in his group. Thankssss Matty.

Kelly was a great trainer to have. When I had a rough week, she helped get through it and made me feel like I was still improving even in the toughest time. Matty P is the best trainer I've ever had at a job. He is a very motivating, positive, and inspirational person to be around! I have to admit, starting at Rocket Mortgage I was a bit nervous. After meeting Matty P and having just 1 day with him as my trainer, I knew I will be successful. He kept class fun and kept everyone involved. I am thankful I was placed in his class!

Thank you Mattie for all the help in class. The teaching was great, I only have two critics . I would do something to pump people confidence up after taking test ( team building) . Slow down a little bit, when you are going over things, at time I felt lost because the information was coming to fast.

I really appreciated the level of care Kelly took when educating her bankers. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. You can tell she cares about her bankers and how well they are trained. Any constructive criticism I can give is she can come out of her shell a bit and deliver lessons with a bit more energy.

Can all I say is wow!!!! I have never had a trainer like him before. He brought so much fun into the classroom and made me laugh everyday. Also the examples he used was so helpful. Rocket Mortgage has a great trainer and should be very happy to have him. This is not for him but for the over all classroom training, I am a slow learner, and I feel that it would be more helpful when you had to ...Can all I say is wow!!!! With only one maybe two trainers in on sat it was very hard to get some one on one time to get the stuff you need down.
