Elliot is a great guy, and a natural teacher. He has the ability to encourage one to think for themselves, without undo pressure nor acting as a crutch.

He is very knowledgeable of the material and knows, knows, KNOWS, how to stress the important bits so students can have a clear and concise understanding when building their own mental map.

Kristen was excellent as a trainer. She would always go the extra mile to walk around and make sure that no banker in training was left behind. Between needed knowledge, and pro tips, Kristen makes sure every single banker is aware of the environment they are in while having them fully ready for the task at hand. I cannot say enough about her and the work she did for us the last two months.

Josh simply goes above and beyond to make sure that every student has an understanding of the material. His teaching methods are proven and efficient. There was never a time where I was lost or misplaced in the mass of 20+ people. New material has never come as easy as it did with Josh. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking to grow as a banker.
