Tiffany knows her stuff! Always answered question students would have. She would address questions and concerns and do it with unprecedented clarity through real world examples.

So patient! We were a difficult class, tons of big personalities, but I never felt like I couldn't ask a question or that I was asking stupid questions. He would explain things more than once if I felt that I needed a concept explained in a different way.

Steele was such a pleasure to have as a trainer. He had a way of connecting with everyone. I loved that he shared his experiences as a banker. Tiffany Caldwell was truly a favorite of mine. she has a lot of patience and shows a lot of love to all of her trainees. she loves everyone like were all one family and she sets the standard of wanting to work at Rocket Mortgage. Ive learned so much from Tiff that I never would have imagined to learn. it was an honor to be in her class. There was never a time where I didn't feel uncomfortable. Steele Hughes simplified information in a way that was easy to understand. His ability to relate, adapt, and work with each individual was second to none. I myself started off slow in SAFE, trusting his process throughout the life of the training has resulted in an increase of my performance. Bottom line, Steele Hughes is great banker trainer.Read MoreRead Less

Steele taught me more in 4 weeks then most of my professors taught me in my entire college career. He has an easy, somewhat slower pace of teaching that really gave me a chance to understand the material. Using real life situations Steele made it very easy to retain pertinent information. I think that her style was perfect for my way of learning. It wasn't all lecture, there was plenty of question and answer. She was incredibly patient with myself and the others in the class and that was so appreciated. I enjoyed having her as my instructor.

Passionate, energetic, charismatic, knowledgeable, and helpful are a few words to describe Steele. He goes above and beyond what is expected of a trainer, especially as he would often respond to our GroupMe texts with support and encouragement.
Very funny and relatable as well.
