Elliot knows 20HR front and back. He wrote the book! Literally... He is a great trainer who is as knowledgeable as is experienced. Through real life examples he is able to relate concepts and materials from class and apply them to a real life example.

He makes sure everyone has a solid understanding of topics and knows how to push people to their highest potential. Training hours are long and demanding, but with Elliot leading our team, it never felt like it. His teaching skill is amazing as he forces information in your brain. He engages in group conversations and great games for learning. He knows the "in's and out's" of everything SAFE and has developed his own style of teaching that allows you to learn/remember the information with ease.
