Does a great job explaining the materials and relating the terms to things in our everyday lives. Fits in with any group of people and does a great job at coaching not only the related materials but the outlined career path at Rocket Mortgage

The training with Elliot has been stellar!!! My knowledge of the mortgage industry at day one compared to my knowledge retention of the mortgage industry at the end of the four week classroom training is shockingly surprising. I am glad that I was TEAM'ed up with such a great group.

Elliot is a living legend. It shows on a daily basis the knowledge that he has on becoming a successful MLO from the first day of class. Him & Danny were a dream team together and helped make my time in class a pleasure.

Can't describe enough how incredible of a trainer Danny is for the SAFE program & Rocket Mortgage. He helped welcome all of us into the family and since day 1 has made it his priority for our group to see success, and we definitely have and then some. His exuberant personality makes coming into the training on a daily basis a joy and he's a class act to work with through and through.

Makes sure you have a complete knowledge of all topics, but requires you to solve the problem yourself as opposed to simply giving you the answer, which in turn helps you remember and understand even better. Awesome!

Goes above and beyond to make sure you have a complete knowledge of all topics. Amazing!

Steel always had a plan to make sure that we learned step by step. He was always available to take questions and made sure we understood it.
