That Josh is something special! Josh has a great way of entertaining you while also educating you. A lot of this process can seem over whelming but Josh made me feel like everything would work out fine. I look forward to the next class Josh leads!

I unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to experience Matty as a direct trainer within our small room, but Each and Every time I seen him in the hallway he would greet me with a Huge smile and Hello!! Matty would always sincerely inquire and ask how I was doing! I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wayne State University, taken plenty of other courses in different institutions, and dropped out of my master's program at Ball State University to join Rocket Mortgage. Let me first begin with a brief educational history of mine. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wayne State University, taken plenty of other courses in different institutions, and dropped out of my master's program at Ball State University to join Rocket Mortgage. All my courses were health related and had no knowledge or experience in mortgages. NONE. I'll be honest, I had no idea what a mortgage really was, let alone knew anything about the process of even buying a home. I was not confident jumping into something that I was not familiar with. However, thanks to Steele, I am amazed at what I know today. This man changed my entire confidence and understanding of mortgages, Which brings me back to why I mentioned my education history. Steele was the BEST instructor/team leader/teacher/role model I have ever learned from! I learned a new favorite quote he had shared in class, which was "Diamonds are made through pressure, and to become a diamond, One must experience that pressure." His positive energy integrated with his style of teaching is beyond anything I have ever experienced in an educational standpoint. I am forever thankful and grateful not only in joining Rocket Mortgage, but most importantly being part of Steele's team. He is the reason for my life beginning a new journey in this amazing career. Steele is what I like to refer to as a "Once In a Lifetime" Find!! His method of training is very Impactful, and Beneficial!! Steele has such a Unique Compassion toward those he is training, its impossible not to feel an instant bond/friendship. I will forever cherish all of the time he invested in us inside< and outside of the training room!

Steele was an amazing trainer. He broke information down from the book so it was better for me to understand it. He made every day of training fun, new and exciting. There was never a dull moment but at the same time he knew how to bring everyone back to focus and kept control of our class. He taught me things that I know will help me go far in my career as a banker.

Tiffany Caldwell knowledge and understanding of all aspects of banker training amazed me. The different scenarios she was able to provide and then explain pertaining to the material we were learning was extremely informative. She brought a sense of humor to the training, and a positive reinforcement technique in regards to each banker that really boosted morale among the class. I was only a pupil of hers for a month, yet to me she has a protective, motivating big sister aspect to her. It is very obvious Tiffany has a long history in education. Tiffany knows the SAFE material inside and out and knows how to tailor her teaching style to help individuals retain the material. Tiffany has a fun high energy personality that keeps you engaged the entire time. With her as your trainer there is absolutely no reason you shouldn't pass SAFE
