Stephen is a great instructor! When trainees are struggling with a certain topic or concept, he identifies the problem and finds the best and most efficient way of providing clear and concise explanation. He often times can identify the problem before the trainee(s) even realize they have one, which is just a testament to his preparation and commitment to being as high-level as possible.

Muno was exactly what you want in a trainer, he kept us on track and made sure we were learning everything we needed to know for SAFE. He kept the room fun and upbeat and it definitely helped get me through those long hours. He never singled people out if they didn't know an answer, he would break it down and help guide them to the answer.

Even when you're 100% sure you don't know or understand the question, he will find a way to drag that information out of you. Absolutely infectious personality and a pleasure to be around.
