Stephen is very knowledgeable and is a trainer without the fluff. He's straight to the point, but uses real life situations to apply the information which makes it easier to not only understand, but to remember as well. There is a lot of information and if you trust the process, it works. He's great at extracting information from us and pushing us to come up the answer.
