Matty has created the best training experience I have ever had hands down! His energy is contagious and learning has never been more fun! He is always engaging and made SAFE training a great experience for everyone. Mortgage banking doesn't sound like the thrill of a lifetime, but Matty made coming to work every day exciting and something to look forward to!

Not enough stars to show how great of a instructor Matty P is. Always found a way to break the material down into stuff I could relate too and in a way that wasn't boring.

Matty P was by far the greatest trainer! He made me excited about coming into work everyday and learning new material. Matty P challenged each and every one of us to get out of our comfort zones. He is very helpful and is always making sure that we have a good grasp on the information. Matty was AMAZING!

Haley did a great job making the team feel comfortable and familiar with the material especially it being the first week and most people being nervous. I liked haley and the way she always kept the class engaged in the material.

Haley helped kick us off with SAFE training and she really took the edge off of the anxiety with her bubbly personality and her determined to teach attitude. Overall, she made the overwhelming seem simple.

It was just as much fun watching her train as it was learning the stuff she was training. You can tell she teaches the way she learns and it is very comical, yet, memorable, thus; great info retention.

Props to Matty for also including humor during the lectures where it helped change the paste and not get exhausted. It was an amazing class and we had high team morale which Matty definitely had a role in nurturing within us, so thank you. Read MoreRead Less
