We didn't get to experience Matty as our trainer until the second half of week two. I haven't been to college in around five years. Coming into new information with no prior knowledge can leave you questioning how you'll pick up on the information but Matty did a great job making sure all of us stayed on top of the information. Keeping us involved daily and using different activities to retain the information really helped me out personally. The experience was memorable to say the least. He conveys information in a "clear and conspicuous" fashion, frequently using real world examples as clarification that we can all easily relate to.
