Kristen is a great addition to the training team at Rocket Mortgage. She helped me work through a road block with an issue and I loved her patience and the way she helped me work through the problem. Good trainer!

JoAnna was an incredible trainer, and she engages with her bankers (students) better than most instructors can. She is very personable, and makes learning difficult information much more stress-free.

JoAnna is an amazing trainer. She keeps you engaged and excited while educating you on the subject manner. She knows her stuff and is very high level at presenting information to ensure that everyone understands it completely. I trained with her for a full week and would have been on information overload if it had not been for JoAnna!

Jill is super-smart, and it really shows in her training. I just loved how she was able to connect everything together, and she can be very articulate. Her communication skills are very impressive, and I am just blown away at how great she was when I had her as a trainer. She was a pleasure to work with.

Awesome. Amazing. Triple sweet. Too cool. I can't find enough positive and great adjectives to describe JoAnna. Such an asset to whoever she is associated with - friends, family & employer. Keep being you, JoAnna, you're greatly appreciated! Thank you!
