Matty P is a mortgage genius. He did a great job presenting the 20 hour safe material. These concepts are very difficult and are probably not very easy to teach to people who don't have any knowledge on mortgage lending. Matty was an amazing teacher! Great sense of humor and extremely knowledgeable in all areas. He was able to relate subjects to real life scenarios in a way that it was easy to understand complex concepts. I highly recommend him to everyone. Extremely dedicated to students and would sacrifice extra hours after work to make sure everyone was helped and understood whatever we were working on.

Matty brought a personality that surpassed any of my expectations. He truly loves what he does and is headed places once people recognize the effort he puts in. He put the extra effort in as he has created songs to help us learn tuff material. More than anything his personality rubs off on you and helped us create an environment that was enjoyable yet rewarding.

I only had Stephen for a few sessions but he did an awesome job breaking down material using analogies and stories to help get the point across. From using Godzilla as a reference for TILA, movie references, and stories of overcoming his challenges with SAFE, all of these helped me throughout this process. Keep up the great work!

Stephen is hilarious! Every time I've been in his class I learn a lot and it sticks, while cracking me up. His teaching style is so fun, exciting but also rewarding. He has these amazing stories that really help to ensure that you remember the information and its simple to understand. He was our teacher the first week of SAFE and a few other days throughout our first month. Great TEACHER!!

Never have I thought I could be INSPIRED, ENTERTAINED, and EDUCATED so much in my entire life at once. Witty, funny, talented- but a vault of knowledge and a true leader. Our entire class was incredibly lucky. He took time to sit with me before leaving one weekend when I was feeling uneasy about the process and from that point on, my mindset completely changed. Matty P!!!!! Come on, seriously? Is there really anybody that has ever had anything bad to say about this man? Hands down the best teacher for anything I have ever attempted to learn. I not only learned more than imaginable about the entire process, but about life in general. Three weeks is all it took to leave a life long impression on me. I will never forget this training!
