All information was presented in an entertaining and understandable way. There was a lot of information to cover in a short time, and Elliot kept my attention and relayed everything in a easy to follow manner. Thank you Elliot!

Huge motivator; extremely knowledgeable; exceptional communicator, trainer, and leader. A true professional who loves his career and the people around him. He understands, potentially better than anyone I've met, that this life revolves around people. He is a genuine human being and I sincerely feel blessed to have a relationship with this man.

Tiff was an awesome leader, who showed a great level of passion. Her everyday attitude was very influential in motivating me to put in extra work to succeed. Amount of assigned course can be somewhat of an encumbrance on personal studies and retaining of knowledge, but she will challenge you more than any other leader apart of SAFE training, which is her biggest positive.

Right from the first day when Danny called our names with the price is right music I knew I was in good hands. The energy was 100% everyday. I was able ask any question anytime without hesitation there was an answer. Making training fun and really easy to digest. Great guy, Great experience.

Danny "Dan the Man with the Plan," El-Haddad is such an amazing trainer. He's funny, quick witted, and very engaging with all persons in his class. He was never hesitant to assist anyone when needed and I can honestly say I've never been in a learning environment where not only did I learn and retain information, but I was overcome with the desire to learn. I would give him a 10/5 but seeing as that's not possible the max 5/5 will suffice. Read MoreRead Less

Tiff was very helpful and supportive through this journey, I have no complaints other than it felt as though we were rushing through the material at a rate in which it was hard for me to keep up. The sped-up lecturing was during 20hr which kind of made sense but, overall she was a solid instructor.

Danny has been one of the best instructor I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, easy to approach, and most importantly- funny. Danny's acronym's helped me a lot to remember disclosures and other things that we needed to know. Overall Danny is great, and you shouldn't change anything in the way you teach. Keep being great! I will miss having you as my trainer.

There's a reason why Danny is trainer of the month. From a teaching aspect Danny takes the time to sit with you and make sure you understand the process. I cant imagine the knowledge I would have now if I was not lucky enough to be under his guidance. As an overall person Danny is a professional that goes above and beyond and has a true passion for training. Thanks for all your help Danny!

I thought that you have a real compassion about training bankers in the mortgage industry. I really enjoyed being a student in your class. Excellent job! I hope that when I pass I can thank you for everything that you did for my development as a mortgage banker.
