Josh is one of the best trainers that Rocket Mortgage has. He truly takes an interest in all the bankers that he trains and will do whatever it takes to ensure they are trained correctly and understand everything. He did everything in his power to make the learning environment fun for everyone to keep people engaged and wanting to learn.

Ryan is a very helpful trainer here at Rocket Mortgage!! Any time I had a question he was always the first one to lend a hand and he really taught me a lot during the influence & persuasion part of the banker training. Very nice and always there to help! Josh has the knowledge to not only teach the mortgage industry to incoming mortgage professionals but is trained to make each and every one of his bankers the best of the best. He invests time into every single banker of his and is always there to answer each and every question in its entirety. He always goes a step further to make sure the bankers understand the concept behind the main subject/topic in question with super easy to understand real life analogies. Alongside the knowledge passed down from Josh to his bankers, which ultimately sets the bankers up for success, Josh also embeds and represents the culture of being a part of Rocket Mortgage. Overall, Josh is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and simply an amazing human being who is physically, emotionally, and mentally invested in what he does day in day out! Read MoreRead Less

SP would need to add another star for this guy. Josh is one of the best trainers I ever had. Always nice and super friendly...
We say here "Simplicity is Genius" and I believe that this ISM fits Josh perfectly.
I'll keep it short and jus say "Thanks Josh and best of luck".
