Samuel is amazing he explains things so that you understand the process. He doesn't get upset if you ask the same question just in a different way. He's very patient and he'll go over things two and three times if that's what I't takes for you to be comfortable in the decisions you're about to make. He is definitely an asset to Rocket Mortgage and the main reason I went through with my loan.
