In our first week where most of us had zero knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, Steele took care of us! He held us accountable on knowing the mortgage loan process and demonstrated strong knowledge on the trip the loan takes throughout the entire process. He flew our plane on take off and Matty P. landed it. I had a great experience!

I had a really productive learning experience with Steele as my trainer for SAFE training. I appreciate the way he allowed us to absorb the information with out being overwhelmed. As a former teacher I find Matty's teaching style superior. He holds all of his students accountable in the room. If we get picked to answer a question and we do not know the answer, he does not let us off the hook. He will give us subtle hints to find the right answer. His knowledge of SAFE is also incredible. I could not have landed in a room with a better instructor. I truly believe that.

Stephen is the best trainer that I have ever had, I went through some pretty crazy and extensive training with AT&T but this was by far the hardest training I have ever had... Ever! Steve Pushed me to breaking points and helped me push boundaries I was trying to over come for years but at the time was afraid to fail, well Steve made me think why am I doing this, so before I would have said family ...Stephen is the best trainer that I have ever had, I went through some pretty crazy and extensive training with AT&T but this was by far the hardest training I have ever had... Ever! Steve Pushed me to breaking points and helped me push boundaries I was trying to over come for years but at the time was afraid to fail, well Steve made me think why am I doing this, so before I would have said family to have a better life, well as the days went on I felt a transformation in myself that I felt deep, I was here for myself! for me and me only and I felt a drive that made me push and push myself to get assignments done, stay up late to study, and Steve showed me how to better manage my time and that made the difference in everything I watch my scores go up and I was no longer the guy that was trying to support his family I was someone more someone my family could be proud of and proud of myself. Steve gave me structure and effectiveness and to me that's not just MLO knowledge that's life knowledge that I will take with me forever, thanks buddy no matter what happens in this career, know that I turned into someone who isn't afraid of being uncomfortable and will take a challenge head on. Stephen expects nothing but excellence. He is tough and pushes you to your full potential. You can tell he genuinely cares about each individual student, and wants everyone to fully understand the information and pass the SAFE exam.

Phil was able to keep class fun and motivated while being an excellent trainer. He was able to relate the SAFE book with real life experiences making the information easier to understand and comprehend. He is always positive and willing to help anyone out. After finishing 20 hour SAFE training with Phil I knew I was on the path to becoming a great banker.

The Great Communicator! Phil did a great Job of simplifying the a large amount of information and then layering on as we progressed through training. He showed genuine concern and commitment in developing our team as competent / confident MLO's.
