Chill is great, she breaks things down to a science. I love that she makes things seem like they are attainable no matter the difficulty level. if there is ever something you don't understand, and Chill knows it, she is the one to ask about. She is great at pushing her people and everyone she cares about.

She is very clear and concise when she explains things, I really like that she makes us answer our own questions because it helps us use our brain power. she never made it so that you didn't feel like you couldn't accomplish something.
