I could not have asked for a better overall process/experience. Very knowledgeable. Took time to walk my wife and I through each step, sometimes even each click of the mousewhen needed. I feel the overall value and mortgage we ended up with fits perfectly into our short and long term plans. Can't thank Pru and the rest of the team enough.

Josh was awesome. He was a great teacher and kept the vibe in the room upbeat. He explained everything very well and left nobody behind. He explained everything in full detail and kept it entertaining. He also had great energy and the class fed off of it. Thanks for everything Josh, continue being phenomenal!

Not only a great teacher, but a great person. He comes in everyday with a great big smile and a great attitude. Had a plethora of examples and personal experiences to share. Was a pleasure to learn from.
