Matty P is the man an awesome teacher! He helped me with anything I needed or he thought I needed to focus on. Yea sure extra gumps and additional reading assignments weren't always the most fun and it got intense at times but if he didn't care he wouldn't of made me do them. He seriously knows what he is doing and I couldn't be happier about trusting in my instructors. I know the extra ...Matty P is the man an awesome teacher! Matty P, is as professional as it gets. He doesn't let anyone settle for less than their best, and is bona fide expert when it comes to the SAFE exam. His humor took a few days to catch on to, but made what could have been a dull experience much more entertaining. Matty inspires me to be an excellent banker and raise the bar everyday.

Steele! I couldn't ask for a better experience. As my trainer, you did a great job of making learning fun. You were fair with each of us. Always willing to extend your help when asked. Matty was always so positive and understanding and worked with every single one of us in the class. Always willing to help, never doubting us and made the training fun! I have to say there is nothing better than being welcomed to my "new home" aka Work life with a great trainer to help me move towards my life goals!!!! Keep up the good work Matty, I promise to make you proud! #workworkworkworkwork in my RIRI voice Read MoreRead Less

Matty P. thank you for everything throughout these last 3+ weeks of SAFE Training. Your ability to teach such a diverse group of professionals and still cater to all their individual needs is very admirable. I know moving forward with my career my starting blocks are the best they could possibly be from the training I received from you. Thank you!

Matty has great energy and is super knowledgeable about the information we had to learn. He kept us motivated and was able to understand each individual's specific learning needs. He helped us recognize and focus on the areas we needed to give more attention. I learned a lot from him!

Steele is by far the best trainer along with Matty P! His sense of humor makes it all easy and takes all nerves away. He is friendly and fun while still keeping it professional and a learning experience. I was always stressed and nervous about tests and remembering things, but his acronyms and test taking skills about taking breaks and just staying calm really proved to be helpful! I asked so many questions that Steele just knew when I was ABOUT to ask one; I eventually began to give him gummi bears so he can answer a question for me! Thank you for staying as late as we needed you to help us prepare and study to crush that SAFE, couldn't have done it without you!!Read MoreRead Less

However, with Matthew Parry as my trainer, I became more comfortable with both the change in career and where my new path started. His open character allows for a stress-free environment to be built and the ability to freely learn at one's pace; whether it's: following-up with those who weren't fully grasping the concepts of the chapters or giving helpful advice on how to be successful in and outside the classroom. After taking the training course with Matthew Parry at the helm, I feel not only confident with my ability to pass the SAFE exam but confident that this change has been for the better and will provide a lasting future at Rocket Mortgage. Steele is awesome. A true professional, he is low key, calm, and takes a vested interest in seemingly everyone he comes across both professionally and personally. He was a great trainer and made my SAFE course experience much more enjoyable. I'll miss having him around everyday as a mentor.
