Josh, is awesome really organized the way he instructed took the time to make sure we are on the same page! AMAZING! Ryan was always actively on the floor always willing to run over and give some one on one time to discuss a problem or explain anything at all. By far an amazing guy who is always full of energy and willing to help. Elliot is the man who literally wrote the book on passing SAFE! E-Money himself is the man to reference about virtually anything MLO related. When we were handed the 250 page manual, he got us into the right mental framework to process that information in just one month. Elliot has an extensive background in teaching and it shows! I felt very confident in my knowledge walking out of his unit lectures, and anyone who receives his instruction is in a great position to pass SAFE and be a successful MLO. With the SAFE exam, there are oftentimes questions in mind that pertain more to Rocket Mortgage and less to knowledge that is useful to the exam. Stephen did a great job at keeping us on point and focused on what really matters in the short term, which is passing SAFE! I feel very prepared, and the best thing you can do if he is to be your instructor is LISTEN. He will give you what you need to be prepared for the exam, you just have to saddle up and trust the process. E-Money! Elliot knows everything from top to bottom (I mean he wrote the book after all!). Elliot was a co trainer along with Steve for the first week and the week of 20 hour SAFE and made everything very simple to understand. Great examples, great references, and great knowledge. I wouldn't have survived this roller coaster of ABGT if it hadn't been for these two guys. There was never a moment ...E-Money! Tiffany is an excellent trainer. She filled in for Steve for a couple days for the Globe shed, and this was no set back. She is as good of a trainer as Steve is, which says something. She is very dedicated, uses great examples to break things down easier for everyone, and is passionate about what she does. No complaints.
