Oh my Goodness where Do I begin, when I say amazing... AMAZING leader! Starting with Rocket Mortgage was deft. scary! Matty has great energy and is super knowledgeable about the information we had to learn. He kept us motivated and was able to understand each individual's specific learning needs. He helped us recognize and focus on the areas we needed to give more attention. I learned a lot from him!

Steele is by far the best trainer along with Matty P! His sense of humor makes it all easy and takes all nerves away. He is friendly and fun while still keeping it professional and a learning experience. I was always stressed and nervous about tests and remembering things, but his acronyms and test taking skills about taking breaks and just staying calm really proved to be helpful! His open character allows for a stress-free environment to be built and the ability to freely learn at one's pace; whether it's: following-up with those who weren't fully grasping the concepts of the chapters or giving helpful advice on how to be successful in and outside the classroom. Steele is awesome. A true professional, he is low key, calm, and takes a vested interest in seemingly everyone he comes across both professionally and personally. He was a great trainer and made my SAFE course experience much more enjoyable. I'll miss having him around everyday as a mentor.

Steele is the man! The first day of SAFE training I was very worried and concerned about learning the material so quickly but after the first week I had learned more then thought possible due to his ability to break it down. Steele is an amazing trainer and has a real knack for teaching and keeping us out of rabbit holes. He definitely made a huge difference in my Rocket Mortgage career!
