Carmen's exuberance and energetic style of teaching will keep everyone on their game! Her demanding yet caring and careful approach to teaching is why her classes are successful. I consider myself fortunate to have had her as a teacher.

Carmen's will for our class to succeed is what sets her apart from any teacher or instructor I have dealt with in the past. Day in and day out she made sure the ENTIRE class was on top of things, with the same final goal in mind of passing the SAFE. I consider myself very fortunate for having her as my instructor

Carmen just defines the word Awesome. She will drill the material into your head and make sure your on top of things. She may sound tough, but in situations like this you need someone to always be there and push you to strive harder to success.

Carmen is nothing short of a great trainer. You can tell she actually cares about her students and she is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her students retain information no matter what. I was lucky to have some one so dedicated! Carmen and Phil were a fanatastic duo.

Chill is by far one of the most passionate trainers I have ever met. Pushing us to our limits while we are in the classroom and when we are studying at home, shows how much she cares about her "Clients'. I have no doubt that the amount of effort she has put in, will show in the amount of success we have after the SAFE Exam.

"Phil has a great sense of humor to keep the class going. He provides alternate ways of learning the material which keeps everyone going. Keep it up Phil!

Carmen is very thorough in going over the material in the book. She also does a great job in taking feedback from the shed and altering teaching schedule to reflect the needs and wants from the bankers.

Phil has been very helpful with understanding information at a different level. Instead of trying to memorize all the information, he tests your efforts by making sure you are applying the information correctly. He knows when you need a break and he knows when you need to be pushed a little harder. That is why I feel very confident in the information I have learned over the last few weeks.

I honestly couldn't imagine getting through this class without Carmen being my trainer. She pushes you hard, because she believes in you and knows what you are capable of. She is a hard worker herself, getting here early and staying late to make sure we are as prepared as possible. She is an amazing teacher and I cant wait to see how she advances this company in the future.
