Phil was not my instructor, but I learned a ton from him in 10 minutes of one on one time during an independent study. I asked him to teach me one thing my instructor did not...and he did. Stephen wants you to succeed. He is driven and expects you to be, which is a sign of an excellent coach. Stephen can be brisk, and he always tells you like it is, although at times he could benefit from dialing it in a bit. You will learn from this man if you match his effort to teach with your effort to learn.
