Matty P is the MAN! Such an amazing guy and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Literally he knows everything about the entire mortgage process. Having Matty as a trainer definitely made me eager to learn more and expand my knowledge base. Very thankful to have had Matty as a trainer.

During this course I was transformed from a unknowledgeable aspiring MLO. The delivery and execution of the coursework by Matty P was the epitome of what all trainers should strive for. His dedication to the success of his students and to the company as a whole is demonstrated from day one.

Steele did an excellent job training! He was very laid back and provided assistance whenever needed. Easy to talk to and made the learning process a lot easier with his analogies. Steele made sure everyone was on the same page and provided encouragement throughout the entire class. An awesome trainer!

Matty P was an awesome trainer! The three and a half weeks with him flew by because of his entertaining presentation of education. He is persistent and patient with each and every person to guide them to correct answers, and never lets you move on until you come to the right conclusion. He became extremely available to everyone who needed help at whatever time, providing face to face assistance and giving out his phone number for at-home questions. His creative spins on learning are extremely beneficial, whether it be through music, hand-on activity, or games like "Kahoot!" There are parts of information that I will never remember thanks to his unique ways to identify it. There was never a day that I disliked when training with Matty P! Thank you!Read MoreRead Less

Matty is hands down one of the most hilarious people I've ever met in my life, he explains things in a way that allows ANYONE to understand, and works hard! He stays after to answer any questions you have, does his best to get you to come to an answer on your own first, and then directs you in regards to why you were right or wrong. I'm so eternally grateful to have had Matty as a leader in the beginning of an amazing career. Thank you for everything Matty, YOU'RE THE BEST!! (Team 100)Read MoreRead Less

Before I started my Pre Licensing, I didn't know the word mortgage had a "T" in it! Steele took the complexity of Mortgage Education, and related it to things that I could understand. This made the learning process not only more entertaining, but I found my self retaining more information because of it!

Steele, is an amazing person with an impeccable character. Very inspiring, helping, and genuinely cares about each and every one of his students. Laidback but definitely takes control when things get out of hand. All in all, blessed to have Steele as one of my trainers, seriously.
