Carmen is nothing short of a great trainer. You can tell she actually cares about her students and she is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her students retain information no matter what. I was lucky to have some one so dedicated! Carmen and Phil were a fanatastic duo.

Chill is by far one of the most passionate trainers I have ever met. Pushing us to our limits while we are in the classroom and when we are studying at home, shows how much she cares about her "Clients'. Phil has been very helpful with understanding information at a different level. Instead of trying to memorize all the information, he tests your efforts by making sure you are applying the information correctly. He knows when you need a break and he knows when you need to be pushed a little harder. That is why I feel very confident in the information I have learned over the last few weeks.

I honestly couldn't imagine getting through this class without Carmen being my trainer. She pushes you hard, because she believes in you and knows what you are capable of. She is a hard worker herself, getting here early and staying late to make sure we are as prepared as possible.
