Tiff has been extremely influential to the knowledge I've gained over the past 4 weeks. She has always been available to answer any questions, even if I already knew them. She has a effective process of manipulating the doubt I have and drawing the knowledge/answer right out. Her unique techniques (voices, drawings, etc.) when explaining detailed information was extremely helpful and VERY effective. It was very reassuring that if I didn't understand the way the material was being presented, she had more than 2 other ways to try and help embed the information.
