He was very personable. Always called back when he said he would. There were other peoe available if he was going to be out...whoch he let me know ahead of time. The one thing was about the original estimate and cash back. We wished they would have reviewed this again before going to underwritk.g as we had $5000 more cash out and tacked onto the mortgage than we were originally hoping.
