Rachel is hands down, one of the most experienced banker coaches I have had the opportunity to work with. She always puts in 100% and truly wants to see us as bankers, succeed. I appreciate everything she has done! Thank you Rachel!

Matt Winkowski is by far the best representation of coaching that I have seen since I started working here. He was always available whenever I needed assistance and he taught me most of the skills that I use on a day to day basis. Overall a great coach on every level and I could see him being one of the top PC banker coaches in the company.

Matt is a highly intelligent and influential banking coach and has helped monumentally throughout my career at Rocket Mortgage. Not only has Matt been a coach and friend to lean on during stressful situations, but he has forced me to think outside-the-box and has given me countless tools to succeed!

Since I began working with Matt I noticed an immediate improvement in my skills on the phone. Matt took the time to individually break down each of the skills with me and also provided me with very crucial feedback that will play a major role in my career here with Rocket Mortgage. I look forward to working with Matt in the future and am very excited to take all of the new skills he has helped me ...Since I began working with Matt I noticed an immediate improvement in my skills on the phone. Mortgage banking is a very complex and it takes a lot of knowledge and ability to execute appropriately. Matt is an amazing resource for learning to take the knowledge of banking and apply it with influence and persuasion while having a conversation. He has helped me numerous times with several different concepts and because of that I can now explain things much better to my clients, and can respond to objections much more relevantly. A 5 star review is the LEAST I can do, as Matt has been a 5 star coach since the day I met him. Read MoreRead Less

My experience with Prudence goes far above a 5-star rating. I would give her a 10 if it was available. I was somewhat reluctant initially to refi because the comps in our area we're very low the last time I attempted it. Prudence was understanding and very knowledgeable and confident that it would work this time. She was absolutely right. Saved me a lot of money with a great rate. Rocket Mortgage certainly has a tremendous asset having her on their team. I hope this gives anyone the information needed to make their decisions and I will always recommend her and Rocket Mortgage every chance I get.Read MoreRead Less

I had no troubles getting in touch with Prudence when I had questions about the terms of my loan.

For starters, there is no question on earth Ryan cannot answer. I asked everything I could think of, one offs and all, he was to not only answer, but elaborate on as well. I worked with Ryan through purchase Odyssey training, Tech training back in the foundation, and all the steps in-between. He was always on top of his game and made sure each and everyone of us felt welcome! Thank you again ...For starters, there is no question on earth Ryan cannot answer. My man Josh was the top of the top in purchase odyssey. Both Ryan and Josh made me feel comfortable with all the technology, influence and persuasion, and we even had a lot of fun during my time. Right out of the gate, I knew I could learn a lot from Josh and connect on a personal level, because he is great at gaging the personality of each individual. Right out of the gate, I knew I could learn a lot from Josh and connect on a personal level, because he is great at gaging the personality of each individual. Additionally, he was great at reeling everyone back in to focus up and get the job done. I hope I can work with Josh again in the future and know he will mold many new bankers like myself. Thanks boss man! Read MoreRead Less
