With that in mind, please note that Tony made my experience both fulfilling and complete. He totally understood the meaning of "my name is not Step and Fetch-it". I watched my sister go from November to March of 2015 to 2016 in getting her mortgage loan completed to build her new home. I was not looking forward to anything like that.
Tony understood that and made my relationship with the other members of his team a pleasure even when he had done his part and passed me on to the others.
