My experience with Prudence goes far above a 5-star rating. I would give her a 10 if it was available. I was somewhat reluctant initially to refi because the comps in our area we're very low the last time I attempted it. Prudence was understanding and very knowledgeable and confident that it would work this time. She was absolutely right. Saved me a lot of money with a great rate.
