Great trainer, explains in good detail and gives us many examples on material. Goes above & beyond to make sure we have the tools to be successful. I really appreciate the effort and time that she spent on each topic. Though the information that we were taking on was a lot and draining at times. Chill kept us motivated. Throughout the weeks kept us enthusiastic and ready to learn. Ready to go ...Great trainer, explains in good detail and gives us many examples on material. Carmen is easy to love and very passionate about her work. She takes pride in her students knowledge of the Safe content. Her teaching methods help very much with information retention ''YOU PAYIN 6.5% HIGHER THAN THEM AROUND THE CORNER !!!!???? OH YOU GOT A HOEPA LOAN" She Da Bomb!!!

Carmen was great. Whenever there were any questions, she made sure she addressed the question promptly by going in depth to help trainees understand the why and/or how behind the what.
Very clear expectations were set and my expectations for C.Hill were exceeded.
I feel properly prepared to pass the SAFE test and I owe half of that to Carmen. She did her part! Anyone who does their part in her ...Carmen was great. Great teacher, she gives us real life examples. She was willing to be patient with us if we did not know the answer. Chill never gave up on us, and push us to that next level. I didn't really interacted that much with matthew since he had another class but he was very resourceful and helped out a lot when he stepped in. He made sure you understood the concept and made you pretty much answer your own question by breaking down what you already know, he was a very very great help.
