Steele is the best he doesn't mind answering the questions I have, and I have plenty. No matter how small or big they are. He gives you the answer by making you think and making you come up with the answer yourself. P.S. Also he has some of the best hair.

Carmen was an excellent instructor she is very descriptive in the material she is teaching. She shows that she cares a lot about her bankers by how much time she puts in the individual by the one-on-ones she does with the banker. She really puts in the effort to get the best out of the banker.

Phil did a very good job at being able to calm me down during 20 hour when I was not able to get a grasp on the knowledge that we were learning. He was able to push me to be the best I could during the training leading up to the exam. Only thing was he wasn't here for a day during 20 hour and threw everything off.
