Phil is an excellent trainer. He takes the time to go over things with you, but he doesn't just give you the answer. He wants to make sure that you have an actual understanding of the concepts instead of just repeating facts that you memorize. Phil would often answer a question with a question to make us think just a little deeper about what it is that we are asking.
