Elliot really pushes you to know your material. He encourages discussions and lets you break things down as a group. My only criticism of Elliot is that sometimes he can be hard to understand due to the sheer speed that he talks. I often found myself trying to figure out what he said because he repeated himself 3 times in the time it would have taken most people to say something once.

Well I guess Miss Harvery was alrighttt, JK she was excellent when it came to teaching and I remember the 20 hour lecture so well even though it was two weeks ago, I retained a lot of this info from just remembering her voice say it. At this point I am hoping to pass the SAFE, if I don't its on me not her. The assignments were sometimes tough and overwhelming and I had days where I struggled heavily and days where I was the utmost confident, She has a certain way to teaching that I love but shes also real and that's something that goes a long way. Elliot seems to have the most knowledge of the subject and curriculum of ALL the trainers here. He always has an answer whether it be clarifying for clarity or an off-the-wall "what if" question. He is very supportive and wants the class to succeed. He is very logical with reasoning and makes sure that his examples he uses exemplify the point he is trying to make. He is able to talk about a single PowerPoint slide that has a few words on it for 10 minutes because his knowledge is that in-depth. Firm but with a cause. He makes sure no one is left behind and always carries the entire class as a team. If some one is drifting off with a question he makes sure that they "parking-lot" it so that he keeps the entire team on track.
After words if you need clarity he is more than happy to help.

Muno is definitely the Yin to Ayana's Yang. He is very relatable and gives great examples and encouragement on how to prepare and approach the assignments, assessments, and ultimately the S.A.F.E. exam. Muno is the picture perfect example of COMRADERY!

During my time in ABGT, I had to challenge myself to stay focused, think in a way I never have before, and compile mass amounts of information in a short period of time. I loved Tiffany's transparency and her motivational attitude. She has a great way of breaking things down to make certain that everyone understands and manages to have a good time while learning.

Though we did not have for a long time as a designated trainer, our time with Tiffany was definitely not wasted. She is very insightful and knowledgeable about the material we discussed. If there was ever a question she wasn't entirely sure of, she would go out of her way to provide us with the correct answer. She was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire training process.
