First off, you need to understand that I am a senior undomesticated southern black male with no intent on seeking training.
With that in mind, please note that Tony made my experience both fulfilling and complete. He totally understood the meaning of "my name is not Step and Fetch-it". Tony understood that and made my relationship with the other members of his team a pleasure even when he had done his part and passed me on to the others.
