Josh's high level of energy and his constant enthusiasm makes him the great trainer that he is. Trina is a rock star! She is extremely helpful and takes her time explaining things to make sure you understand them. She is always willing to listen to a phone call of yours and provide proactive feedback where needed. Also, it is a plus that she loves superhero movies!
