She did a great job teaching us the information using relevant examples and making us think on our feet. She encouraged us to think outside of the box and really give it our all to succeed. Her style is definitely tough love but in the end it helped me understand the material a lot better!

I really like the training and the class structure but I have two complaints: First, I would like to see more self directed study and less assignments; Second QM system is terrible. It constantly crashes and when you go to review you can't see all the answers.

Ayana was an AWESOME teacher!!! When they say, "Trust your instructors!", they aren't kidding. Through the process its a lot of information in such a little time and can be VERY overwhelming. Ayana did an excellent job by keeping us on task and to keep moving forward when we didn't want too at times. Shes a hard instructor but its only for our benefits. Thank you Ayana for everything!!!!!!
