Never was I scared to ask Mat a question or did I feel dumb not knowing something, he made it a very comfortable atmosphere for all of us. I definitely look forward to any future trainings with Mat.

Matt helped ease some of the tension in the content. And did a great job not letting me take the easy road by forcing me to get outside of my comfort zone. Helped tremendously in our first few days of banking to really let us know what to expect and not to freak out. Even helped me with a unique situation Day 2 to set the proper expectations. Thank you.
