Josh is great! He makes the class interesting and upbeat. Sometimes it is hard to concentrate during so much training and knowledge being thrown at us so I think its really crucial to keep us from falling asleep. He is very helpful and a really good trainer... Keep it up , we need more like him!

Josh does a great job of explaining things in a way everybody can relate to. His work experience has paid dividends in his approach to teaching young bankers. He is also very approachable and willing to drop what he is doing to help at any given time. Furthermore he is a MICHIGAN man, Go Blue!
